Examine the real St Paul (not the Pastorals) and one will find that every reference to "the Jews" is a negative statement and every reference to "Israel" is a positive statement - with one exception.
The elect have always been a sub set of humanity. That goes for the Jews as well as the Church on Earth.

Soon comming? I suspect that nothing much will change for the next few thousand years. Thousand years is like a day, right? We got 38,000 years to go. <G>

Do you also remember how Saul (Paul) was a bigot who killed millions of Jews and Christians?

Just because Paul was racist, does that mean you have to be? Seems like an odd choice of heroes - someone who hates, but still if it makes you happy...
And when you say 'The elect have always been a sub set of humanity' the "always" implies you think that Paul existed before the 5,000 years that the Jews had been on earth - don't quite get your upside maths.

AAG:
Try drawing a Venn diagram of the problem.
Where did you go to school? Want to make sure none of my grandkids go there.
