From Indiana Family Institute:

Covenant Marriage (http://www.hoosierfamily.org/public_policy/Covenant_Marriage.php) Senate Bill 394.

Marriage Amendment, Senate Joint Resolution 7. Passed out of congresson Feb. 8, 2005. Passed the Senate 42-8. Now it goes to the House.

(My personal fave...) House Bill 1841. It's waiting to receive a hearing in the House Ways and Means Committee. This effort would stop state taxepayer funding of the Kinsey Insititute.

According to the newsletter, the newest book from Kinsey is called Sexual Development in Childhood, which is espousing the idea that, childhood sexuality should be free from "moral debate" and children (starting from the womb) are "sexual beings". The saddest part of this is kids from 2 to 12 were involved in this "study" with the help of their parents. This makes me think of what's going on in Germany (http://www.theologyonline.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=18833)...

Senate Bill 76 requires women be notified about the availability of ultrasound before an abortion is performed.

For further info (http://www.hoosierfamily.org/public_policy/) on Indiana laws and what's going on with them...
