From the article: Dreher said there were no other officers assisting with taking Nichols to court other than the female deputy. The law requires that defendants on trial not be handcuffed as they enter the courtroom, to make sure the sight of cuffs doesn't unfairly influence the jury. If that is the law...the law is an a$$. Another liberal touchy feely law gets someone killed. Liberalism is a mental disease. :doh:And we haven't even started on the sanity of hiring female deputies to escort male prisoners...:help:

Note that the gun was taken from a female sheriff. Female officers are now over represented in shooting incidents.

Interesting that he got loose through a woman sheriff, but he
surrendered through the influence of a Christian woman. Now
