This Woman Frightens Me

Posted September 12th, 2008 at 06:46 AM by Granite
No wonder they kept her under wraps. Sarah doesn't sound qualified enough to run a Wal-Mart, let alone a country.

What's the Bush Doctrine? She doesn't know. Would she consider starting a shooting war with Russia? You bet. Does she think energy independence has something to do with national security? Ummm, duh.

The idea of this woman running the most powerful nation on the planet or giving advice to its chief executive and commander in chief scares the daylights out of me. This is the Palin Principle in action: sooner or later, good looking mediocrities will rise to a level far, far beyond their level of expertise.

Women, even pro-life gun nuts, should not be running for president, IMO.

I got zero problem with women. It's air-headed idiots I take issue with, I don't care what their gender is.

While I think Bush already maxed the Peter Principle, Palin appears to be similarly situated...I actually felt sorry for her at the time. It was like watching an unprepared student being given a pop quiz on national television.

Then I thought, "she could be President." And I started feeling sorry for me instead.
