The sun go down on
Our anger like Jonah did
After repentance of the Ninevahs.
As we need to move
On and hopefully he did.

Why Jonah let the sun
Go down on his anger.
Literally in the end.
After the Ninevahs repent.
We may never know
As it does not say.
Hopefully he moved on.

Jonah realized that
He needed God to
Help him and not argue
While he felt that
Still those people would not
Repent but they did!

Teaching Jonah a lesson
As the boat where he
Was in was in trouble
And the people on board
Were going to die.

Doing His best to get
To Jonah saying that.
His ways are not
God's ways and that
The latter thought different.
