I always watch A Christmas Story and A Charlie Brown Christmas. It's just not Christmas until you watch of those!

We just do the usual spending time with family - I always make an effort to wrap presents in extreme ways

On Christmas Eve I like to get drunk and throw meat into water. That's about it for me.

Is the meat thrown in the water for cooking, or just as a random act?

Wait until he's about 2. He'll have more fun with the box than with the toy inside it. May as well just give him boxes for Christmas.

You more than likely won't have to. When my daughter was in first grade, all of her friends told her that there was no Santa.

When I was a child, our family tradition was to go to Midnight Mass (and not be in a hurry to leave - hang around after Mass and talk to our friends). Then we went home and opened one of the presents that was already under the tree - this would have been from a sibling, relative or friend, as the presents from "Santa Clause" were not out yet.

After I got married, we adopted one of my wife's family traditions of eating clam chowder.

My kids are all grown now, and I often work on Christmas (computers don't take holidays), but we still try to get together and eat some clam chowder...and of course...Egg Nog!

Midnight guitar service the night before (I perform guitar through the service,
my children perform a string quartet special,) and roast ducklings on Christmas day.

Christmas is an awesome blessing for us.

Up until my husband passed away, in 1999, our tradition was making bologna and cheese sandwiches for "Santa." Up until she was three, my daughter and I always left out sugar cookies and a big glass of milk. But, after Steve and I got married, he told her that Santa like bologna and cheese sandwiches better than cookies. He said, "Everyone gives Santa cookies and milk. Don't you think that he would like something a little more filling than that?" Of course, Santa made sure to leave about a quarter of a sandwich on the plate so that would think that he just got full.
