He is that He is. He doesn't think of Himself as God. He just exists. He is God to us: "I am The Lord, thy God..."
This latest ding-a-ling who posted, presuming to be God, is a fool. Anyone who even thinks that he is (or might be) God needs to be locked up, just to protect everyone else from their foolishness.
