I'm a fan of all things GTA. There's a lot to like in the fourth installment. It does take some time to get going but that can be said for any of the games.

I think San Andreas is still my favorite. It had the best voice actors, the best soundtrack and it had a tremendous sense of humor.

The most important thing anyone can learn from 1st century greco-roman mystery cults is that complex religious systems can arise and develop without an historical founder.

Hello there! I love GTA IV. It's definitely more crime/city sim then the previous games so it's a little slower yeah. I didn't mind that though, what I didn't like was the calls from friends and significant others. I thought they mired the gameplay, when I all I wanted to do was missions I had some lady calling and complaining I never call. Heck, I thought I played games to escape real life? Anyways, it's my favorite GTA and if you have the extra cash download the dlc add-on. It adds a heavy metal / biker theme to the game and is awesome!!

I used to play this every day for at least 20 minutes with my roommate last year. We had the perfect save file with a swat van and an infernus, as well as all weapons max ammo, the works, haha. Hitting people on bikes never gets old. A safe way to let out violent spurts, haha.

After San Andreas, I was expecting a lot more from GTA IV. I did not enjoy the realistic approach they took to the game and was hoping I could fly planes and other vehicles besides just cars. However, they got rid of everything besides one Helicopter.

I'd say Saint's Row 2 is the funner game, yet GTA IV is the better game if you get my drift.
