What seasonal shows do you watch on a regular basis?
I have now have a lull in TV watching because most of my favorite shows have ended for the season. And the other shows haven't started back up their next season yet.
Justified
Person of Interest
True Blood (HBO)
Game of Thrones (HBO)
Harry's Law

I don't have HBO...I killed it because of objectionable content.
Unless there's a show I really like on, I usually just watch for awhile before going to bed at night (and to have goodies like popcorn or icecream :])
I like the Senior vs. Junior motorcycle show, Chasing Classic Cars, The Walking Dead, Wheeler Dealers and the NFL channel. If there's nothing good there, I'll watch Discovery or History Channel. But some of the crud on there bothers me too like the gang stuff or murder shows.
Oh yeah, and I like the stuff with ufo's or bigfoot every now and again.
Sometimes the hardest thing and the right thing are the same.

Thats what happened with me a few years back. Killed all premium channels when hbo started with the real sex stuff and showtime with the queer is folk shows.
Not paying for filth and tv is getting pretty bad imo anymore too.

Wow! those are the exact shows I objected to!

HBO does have some very adult shows.
The two shows I watch (besides movies) are:
Game of Thrones & True Blood.
Neither of them are for kids, and sometimes I do have to cover my eyes.
But I really like the story lines.

Justified: an amazing show and we're big fans. The writing and acting is top shelf.
30 Rock: thought it was fading out last season but for whatever reason it's been remarkably resurgent and amusing this year.
Bones: should have ended last season with the pregnancy. It's been a half season due to an actual pregnancy and it has been remarkably flat.
House: ending a great run next episode. Seems determined to go out on a dark note. I hope not. A bad ending can ruin a series.
Fringe: worth watching for John Noble as Dr. Walter Bishop alone but it's the best science fiction television has managed. Will it return for another season?
Community: the most inventive, creative and clever thing on television.
Suits: sharp, funny and the chemistry between the leads is first rate.
Archer: a cartoon that isn't for children but is laugh out loud funny.
Psych: very entertaining show that manages to remain fresh but ended this season with a surprising and out of character twist.
The Closer: a great show on its way out. Terrific ensemble with only a handful of episodes remaining.

That was another one I watch.
It was real good at first. Then it got slightly boring. Then it picked back up again.

It's interesting that you should say that, because I do not agree....at all.
I know that I am in the minority here, but the joy for me (to borrow from Thoreau) is in the journey. I enjoy the plot and the character development and the twists and turns of the story. The ending is irrelevant.
I am the same way with books. In fact, I often read the last chapter of a book before starting at the beginning. I want the ending out of the way so that I can enjoy the journey.
LOST is a perfect example. I am in the middle of season 5, and I have heard by many that they GREATLY disliked the ending of the series in season 6. This makes no difference to me, because I already know what happens. I have read about the ending extensively, and it has changed nothing with regard to my enjoyment of the series.
Ok, I'm done now. I doubt that any think the way I do, but I wanted to throw it out there.
