Your cliche' does not work here. I pointed out that liberals say Reagan gave Hussein WMD's, and they also said Hussein never had them, that Bush and Cheney made it all up. I showed you the obvious, and you reject it. So, answer the question. Did Reagan give WMD's to Hussein, or did Bush make it all up? They can't both be true. Unless the question is answered, you have no ground to stand on.
