Just another massive gaffe by Obama. And he isn't outraged, spare me your baloney "journalism" of trying to show flaws in the "messiah".

What will he do next? Ask the Chinese why their eyes are slanted, and say it was a joke?

Like this? Note how they are not near sky scrappers, but things of actual interest. It is in fact, one of my favorite pictures.

That was my point, basically. Bush is a former pilot, so I think he'd have more sense than to order someone to fly a plane around a bunch of tall buildings like that.

That is pretty cool.

There's only one "head" who could have authorized this... the president himself.

Yes, I'm sure everything the government does directly involves Obama.

This was involving Air Force One which is under the sole jurisdiction of the Executive Branch.

And it is all for not....

PHANTOM AIR FARCE PICTURES

The $328,835 snapshots of an Air Force One backup plane buzzing lower Manhattan last week will not be shown to the public, the White House said yesterday.

"We have no plans to release them," an aide to President Obama told The Post, refusing to comment further.

The sole purpose of the secret photo-op, which sent thousands of New Yorkers running for cover, was to take new publicity shots of the presidential jet over the city.

"The photos . . . are classified -- that's ridiculous," Councilman Peter Vallone Jr., said.

The photos have not technically been "classified," a White House aide said, but they are being kept from public view.

New Yorkers said they could not understand how a president who shares intimate snapshots from the White House could justify keeping these secret.

"So we're not gonna see the fruits of this cruel joke?" said Frank Antonelli, 39, one of the Wall Street traders spooked by last week's flyover.

"I'm not surprised. Obama . . . wouldn't further all the bad publicity by putting out those pictures."

It's amazing the thing tele-prompters tell him to do. Wouldn't surprise me if they show up on a poster during re-election year. It's not like you can expect this administration to keep it's word about anything.

Exactly...How is Obama going to be told about a fly over? This was not his mistake, he apologized because he feels responsible. If it was Bush, he would have lied and said it was Osama Bin Ladens fault becuase he thought he had "weapons of mass destruction". Come on people think, and "Those who have not sinned, cast the first stone."

Although the Air Force had permission for the 10 a.m. flyover, no one bothered to warn the people on the ground, and as the two jets hurtled toward lower Manhattan, many mistook Obama's plane for Osama's.

President Obama himself was not in the plane at the time, but the 747 flew so low that New Yorkers had no trouble reading the aircraft's insignia.

Dominick Caglioti, who works at the Mercantile Exchange in lower Manhattan, thought the planes were headed straight for his window. After learning it was all a photo op, he fumed.

"It's so stupid because they tell you about every fire drill, but they didn't tell us about this," he said.

Jillian Pizzarello, who also works at the Mercantile Exchange, said, "You don't do this to people down here after all we have been through."

Thousands of people were evacuated from buildings on both sides of the Hudson during the half-hour episode.

This line cracks me up....

"many mistook Obama's plane for Osama's."
Question: did he have permission from the ‘Almighty P. Stone Nation’ to do this?

What? No not at all! Where did you get that from? I was making a point that at least Obama apoligized. " IF (notice the if) this icident happened with Bush, he would have lied"

I love how you automaticallly put me in a biased statement like that.

The fault is on the idiots who allowed this, I can't remember who exactly it was, but Obama wouldn't have allowed this. If he did, it was because he had to of been misinformed. Not even Regan would have let an air liner get that close to buildings.

I mean you do realize that NOT EVERYTHING goes through the president right?

Any would-be president of the U.S.A. with an Islamic name like "Barack Obama" should have been viewed with great suspicion from the start. The fact that it wasn't is proof positive that Obama supporters are either Muhammadans, collectivists, or idiots (idiots especially with regards to the truth about Islam and Muhammadans). A simple google search, coupled with an open-minded attitude towards information that is shared by non-Moslims who live in Islamic lands, by ex-Moslims, by Moslims who complain about Islamic law, and by non-Moslims whom Moslems have not managed to silence, using any of the following keywords, should make this point quite obvious to any serious inquirer into the truth of the matter:

"Where does obama fit in the Islamic agenda?"

"Barack Obama, Islam, immigration, and demographics";

"Is islam really a religion of peace?";

"The Quran and hate propaganda";

"Islam and separation of church and state";

"The Islamic agenda"

"Respected authorities on Islamic law and doctrine";

"Brigitte Gabriel" (she opens our eyes to the dangers of multiculturalism, which, in the early 1970's, turned Christian Lebanon into an Islamic nation);

"Ex-Muslims";

"Faith and freedom";

"Apostates of Islam" (only open-minded individuals would be willing to see what these people have to say -- Moslems and their leftist empathizers have a nasty habit of criminalizing or demonizing all who dare to say anything negative about Islam or any of its advocates);

"A compendium of Islamic texts" (for those of you who wish to gain free online access to an English translation of each of the two most trusted sources of Islamic dogma);

"Dr. Wafa Sultan" (she is an Arab psychiatrist in America who confronted Islamic clerics - she is seen on Al Jezeera TV on YouTube);

"Dr. Robert Spencer" (he is a well-respected Western authority on Islamic doctrine and its legal system);

"Was Islam's main prophet a good man?"

"Questions Mulsims don't want to be asked";

"150+ Sites with an 'Alternative view on Islam'";

With regards to Obama's real intentions for Americans and the rest of the world, a simple google search of any of the following keywords should prove to bring those intentions into the open:

"What part does obama play in the NWO agenda?";

"Is obama a communist?";

"Is obama a Christian or is he really a Muslim?"
