Best - England Cricket Team . . . Pick any moment their all the best! Retaining the Ashes comes to mind . . . Now to win the series! (I expect only Stripe and fellow Brits to get this reference)
Worst - Andrew Flintoff retiring from cricket.
Best - Fernando Alonso not winning F1 this year.
Worst - Jensen button essentially having a pretty poor season.
Best - England football team knocked out by the Germans.
Worst - Sepp Blatter.
Best - Toby Flood finally filling some pretty big boots.
Worst - New Zealand All Blacks.
Ladies and gentlemen, take my advice. Pull down your pants, and slide on the ice.

worst: Obama pretending to be a gym rat and sports fan
best: Favre's train wreck
Too bad Harbaugh is interested in San Francisco. Well, for Bronco fans anyway. I think he will win the NFL, as he didn't use gimmicks and an overload of recruiting talent to win at Stanford. He made them better. Not to say that Andrew Luck wasn't hugely instramental.
