Jer 3:18 In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given for an inheritance unto your fathers.

Israel and Judah divided as a nation in 931 b.c., and have never reunited as a nation in harmony with God. This promise will be fulfilled at the return of Messiah.

Exactly, for NEW Jerusalem IS!

Hope is there would be those who would "Come Out" from among those whose "vain "imag"inations" are destroying Creation(air, water, land, vegetation, creatures) and perverting that which is Spirit(Truth, Light, Love, Peace, Grace, Faith,,,,,,, ALL that is Truly GOOD)!

"Come Out" from among those "whose god is their bellies and whose glory is in their shame because they mind earthly things"!

"Come Out" of the systems which are of this wicked, evil world, especially it's systems of religion which but carry on the legacy of the pharisee's!

"Come Out of her, MY people"!
