I have been told that it is a FACT that time can be altered by velocity and gravity. Please give me an example of how it has been proven that time can be altered by velocity and gravity. No links, please. No cutting and pasting lengthy experiments and documents. In your own words, please describe how time has been shown to be altered by velocity and gravity.
