What Herman Cain Must Do Now - November 3rd, 2011, 12:20 PM

The best way to deal with a scandal and unanswered questions

Herman Cain needs to learn from and imitate the Master

Hometown political reporters and editors had their chance to fire questions and solicit in-depth responses from Senator Barack Obama Friday as he sat down separately with both the Chicago Sun-Times and Chicago Tribune teams for an unrestricted Q&A of about 90 minutes each. The journalists who have reported most closely and commented on Obama's career from day one were given the chance to clear up any remaining questions about his record and his candidacy for the United States presidency.

The newspapers published transcripts and a variety of commentaries in response:

I don't want to hear another world out of Cain's mouth unless he is strapped to a lie detector.

Cain must order the release of

1) All written complaints filed against him alleging workplace abuses while he headed the National Restaurant Association.

2) Any correspondence and records produced by the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in considering or resolving such charges.

3) All Restaurant Association records related to charges, including settlement or severance agreements under which the association made payments to the complaints.

Another sad case of Cain Derangement Syndrome (CDS). I think it's reaching epidemic proportions.

Herman Cain is expected to make an announcement shortly and I expect that he will withdraw from running, probably citing domestic issues.

Next we'll hear is Newt being attacked. Hey, maybe Obama will be attacked, too.

I may be wrong (me?), but what else would you expect in a country which is run by the papparazzi
