If you are trying to be something you are not....you are not free, you are free when you are being what you are created to be.
If the child takes it into his head that HE is the head of the household he will very soon bring upon himself many sorrows and grief, chaos will reign. A fish is free when he is in water, that is his element, see how happily he swims along. Man is free when he is doing God's will, showing forth His glory, manifesting His manifold wisdom.
...that is what man is created for.
