If you voted for Obama

you are excommunicated for promoting abortion

BHO got elected largely becaus of the support of Planned Barrenhood

If you promote abortion you are automatically excommunicated from the Roman Catholic Church

Nancy Pelosi... she's about as Catholic as ... that Pate guy

This is both stupid and untrue.

1. Obama is against abortion, he just happens to respect the processes of government, and the will of the people that he represents, who at this time, have chosen to make limited abortion, legal.

2. The Catholic Church does not excommunicate people for disagreeing with them, or for supporting the legal right of a woman to choose an abortion.

3. The Catholic Church does not excommunicate people for supporting a political leader who happens to disagree with them (though, in the case of abortion, President Obama happens not to disagree with them).

False. Heresy carries a penalty of automatic excommunication. I've forgotten the techical name for that kind of excommunication, but the local bishop doesn't even have to excommunicate you. By the sin of heresy, you excommunicate yourself from the Church.

Heresy carries a penalty of automatic excommunication. Committing an abortion carries a penalty of automatic excommunication. There are others like that.

It's called Latae Sententiae. The reasons for such an excommunication are:

"an apostate from the faith, a heretic, or a schismatic;[7]

a person who throws away the consecrated Eucharistic species or takes and retains them for a sacrilegious purpose;[8]

a person who uses physical force against the Pope;[9]

a priest who uses confession as a pretext to solicit the confessor to break the commandment against adultery;[10]

a bishop who ordains someone a bishop without a pontifical mandate, and the person who receives the ordination from him[11], unless the ordaining bishop and the ordinand are acting under grave (even relatively grave) fear-such as coercion, or truly believe in their conscience there is a serious inconvenience or grave necessity, though in any case the action remains a grave crime against canon law;[citation needed]

a confessor who directly violates the sacramental seal of confession;[12]
a person who procures a completed abortion;[13] and
accomplices who are not named in a law prescribing latae sententiae excommunication but without whose assistance the violation of the law would not have been committed.[14]

a Catholic who is a convinced member of Freemasonry, "notoriously" adhering to the Masonic vision, may in some cases be considered excommunicated latae sententiae if such membership is used to "plot against the Church" under some interpretations of Canon 1374."

ha ha

What a freaking joke

the whole Old Testament

Do you want me to write out the whole OT here???

sorry, i have better things 2 do

but i guess i could list Chronicles and Leviticus where it mentions sacrificing your children to the "god" Molech and

how God set this sin apart as being more abominable than other sin

in one part it says that with this sin (murdering yor children) "sin entered the camp"

i mean... you would think sin was already there in thecamp

seeing as how we are all sinners all the time...

but it would appear that God saw murdering your own children as

sin so abominable as to make other sin look ... not so like sin???

One of the very first things that Obama did when he got into office was issue an executive order funding foreign abortions.
