I have a field that I own where I want my ashes scattered. Don't want them up on a mantle or in some monument, that's for sure. That's a little creepy for me but I'd prefer to be cremated and have my ashes returned to nature also.

I am veteran. The military will be burying my remains. It doesn't matter to me what happens to my body anyways. It will be made new at the resurrection.
The physical body is irrelevant, what we have here is a ritual, coming from anthropomorphic thinking. This is a human understanding, which, if well understood, answers more important questions about Christianity.
