In another audio clip, a federal judge orders Eric Holder and the Justice Department to explain their view on judicial review. Bob explains why process doesn't matter but that judges should only determine if a law is right or wrong.

* Clinton on CBS, Lights, Camera, Lie and More Lights: From an old classic BEL TV show Bob plays a clip from Bill Clinton "denying" that he had an affair and a light stand falling on Bill and Hillary in a CBS studio. Was Owl Gore in that studio too? On the same show a caller says Bob is wrong to play the aforementioned clip (over and over and over).
