Yer still just a sinner saved by grace -
May 26th, 2012, 11:55 AM
Haven't you ever gone to a church where every message centers around that even though we're Christians we are still rotten sinners saved by grace and need Jesus? And then, at the end the message, there is an "alter call"? First for the unsaved and nobody goes and then the invitation is extended to those who wish to re-dedicate their lives__and still no ones goes. And then everyone is called up to the front to "seek God" which last for about 1 min. seconds with the preacher saying a short prayer.__and then everyone heads for the chicken dinner.
Ever wonder why? Ever wonder why these same people never speak of Jesus and if you do, you are just about ostracized; seen as a 'holier than thou' type.
I believe I know the answer but wonder what you opinion might be.

This is just to separate from the one that doesn't work . . .
And you never waiver, never falter, never say: "this thing doesn't work and I give up"?
What part of being complete in Christ, dead to sin, crucified and raised up do you not believe? I am guessing all of it. Or are you carnal, and have your mind on things of the flesh (performance)?

Apparently you must consider yourself already glorified?
Slogan/motto:
Being led into relationships by urgings of love which arise and are sustained naturally and spontaneously within my heart, is always 'God-righteous' even if I have to transgress the Ten Commandments.

If you are under grace of God you are not a sinner and you cannot be a sinner. Sin has no dominion over you.
However you will transgress the Ten Commandment. The blessing or your blessing (from God) is that you will now not get sin.
Therefore one under grace of God will transgress the Ten Commandments and they will be seen transgressing the Ten Commandments. Fact is they will not get sin.
However when those who are not under grace of God, transgress the Ten Commandments, they get sin.
Therefore one should hurry up and come under grace of God.

Jesus speaking to His disciples.
"If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?" (Luke 11:13).
The Lord's Prayer has Christians asking for forgiveness daily.
"And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil" (Luke 11:4).
Apparently you must consider yourself already glorified?
I take you reject the gospel of grace. Believes (not you) are crucified and raised up with Christ, our life is hidden in him. We are complete in him. We are sealed by the Holy Spirit. Not of our doing. We are perfect before him, because of what he did, not because of what I did.
Yeah, I know. I wonder what you are like when someone crosses you?
It doesn't matter what his flesh is like. The flesh is dead, our Spirit is alive. You are carnally minded, and it is set on the flesh and its performance.

Get saved.
Gospel of Grace? I know the gospel of Jesus Christ but haven't heard of any a gospel of Grace.
Secondly, who's "we" in the above if not of some cheap believism 'gospel'?
There is a price to pay for being a Christian. Haven't you been taught that part of it?
