Being Catholic doesn't make you any more a Christian than standing in a garage makes you a car, nor does being a non-Catholic automatically make someone a non-christian.

Ask anyone involved in prison ministries, and you will hear that the Real Presence of Jesus is found more often in prison than in a church.
