Therefore, powerful electrical currents discharged within the crust creating bremsstrahlung radiation which produced a sea of neutrons throughout the crust.
Three possible results from this are:
Electron Capture,
Shock Collapse, and
Z-Pinch.
Which all result in the creation of radioactive materials inside the Earth's crust.
Pretty straight-forward, huh? One wonders, though, why you couldn't just read that for yourself.

Look, Bremsstrahlung is radiation released when an energetic particle slows down. From Wikipedia:
i.e. "braking radiation" or "deceleration radiation") is electromagnetic radiation produced by the deceleration of a charged particle when deflected by another charged particle, typically an electron by an atomic nucleus. The moving particle loses kinetic energy, which is converted into a photon because energy is conserved.
It is not produced, to the best of my knowledge, by "electrical currents". I don't know what the "breakdown voltage" of granite is, or how one gets there from mechanical action on rocks, or how they get radiation powerful enough out of this to produce neutrons. None of this sounds reasonable.
It sounds to me like they took some nice sounding scientific terms and strung them together to make what looks like a convincing argument- if you aren't familiar with the physics.

But at high enough energies, bramstokers can produce neutrons, right?
Stripe, you're about as sincere, mature, knowledgeable and effective at debating matters as a plank of wood is at conducting electricity....or an orchestra even.
It's just a matter of getting the voltage high enough.
