Yes, so long as he has made up his mind not to accept any information that might direct him favorably to the Catholic Church. Under such circumstances, no one---not even the Lord---will force him to take the Catholic faith seriously.
But God can do some pretty amazing things.
Very true. He certainly did so with me, a former lifelong Evangelical Protestant.
Be sure to remember him in your prayers. Preferably, right after you remember me in your prayers.
