Oh that lemon was tangy, indeed. I had eggs, toast and jam for breakfast. For dinner the plan is pasta with a decadent sauce consisting of scrumptious mushrooms, green peppers, garlic, onions and beef.
I agree about cheese. I sometimes have Heinz Beanz on toast with extra strong cheddar cheese grated all over it. It's one of my fave quick meals.
Simple tastes...
A huge bowl of tonkotsu ramen, with pork, spinach, green onion, seaweed, egg, and with a small extra bowl of of pork back fat to add to it, or to dip. Insanely rich. Mmm.

Had locally-made pork sausages wrapped in bacon and roasted... plus steamed peas, mashed potato, all coated with a beef gravy... was absolutely delish!!

Yesterday was Canada Day, and we went to the cottage, and had home made potatoe salad, bbq pork chops on the grill, a nice tossed green salad, and WINE!..or yeah, and the cheese and bread was good, too......
