Healthcare

Previously supplied by my job for 24 years now supplied by my wife's job - we both work - our 4 adult children are out of the house and on their own and they all have their own healthcare.

Life is not fair - Obamacare is now the upheld Law of the land - Deal with it.

(I don't like the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision but I have no choice but to accept it)

Obamacare makes healthcare more affordable.

I will deal with it BB, I will vote accordingly to assist in it's repeal, as far as it being the law of the land, the Supreme Court insured that it is still a law that is repealable, changeable, defundable there is no mandate and states are already opting out, they cannot afford it. If healthcare does become more affordable (which is pure fantasy) it will come at the cost of lower quality and/or rationed care and you know it. You socialists don't get it, most of America does not share your dream for our society nor do they want to shell out more taxes to pay for something they do no want in the first place. The Supreme Court also insured this failed president and his hallmark tax increase on the middle class Obamacare is center stage during an election cycle which coupled with his dismal record on jobs and the economy is sufficient to bury him in Nov. This is not even touching on the Senate and Congressional races. I would say bask in your short lived healthcare win now...November is coming quickly.

If you agree with me, in your own words, communicate to your Governor the following:

Dear Governor;

I'm a registered voter with a current driver's license so don't play around with me. What many call Obamacare was hatched in the Heritage Foundation, a Republican think-tank, and first enacted by Mitt Romney, a Republican Governor. The Congress and President were very bipartisan in regards to the ideas in this healthcare reform and the conservative leaning Supreme Court up held this law 5 to 4.

Please don't fight the Insurances Exchanges (which the federal govt can run without you, if you won't) or the medicaid expansion because among other things that specifically would be bad news for hospitals.
