It does not say he raised himself any where in the book.

What has this to do with the question?

Where does it say that Jesus raised himself?

God would not allow death to hold him. Who else is sinless?

We all can be one with the Father. But we are not God. Truine in purpose only. Jesus has a God. There is only one God.

BR, there are about eight verses that say GOD raised Jesus from the dead. But there is NO verses that say he raised himself. I would think there would be at least ONE verse showing us he did it himself.

Maybe Apple7's Greek can help you find just ONE verse that say he did.

Look out friend. What does this verse mean. Who raised Him.

You need to study God from a FORM OF GOD.

CHRIST was IN Jesus. Christ is the express image of his creator.
Christ is a spirit not a man, Jesus is the man who was given that spirit with all god's power. God created everything through. Christ. I beleive Christ to be the logos of John 1. Being a form of God it fits quite will with scripture.

In the beginning was Christ, Christ was with God and Christ was a form of God. But Jesus tells you that his Father is the only True God.

It is important to know that an exact image of God was made. The very first creation of God himself. You must learn to put the pieces together to see the true God and his Christ.

There is one verse.

19 Jesus answered and said to them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.”
20 Then the Jews said, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?”
21 But He was speaking of the temple of His body
John 2:19-21

Your ignorance of this verse disappoints me. There are a couple more too.

Show me the words where Jesus raised himself. I know he said he had the power to do it, but where did he do it.

This is just another assumption you folks accept blindly without looking into it. You can not produce a verse that says what you want it to say in scripture. Keep searching my friend, I would like to see it.

Is not the wages of sin, death? Jesus was sinless!!! In this, God actually raising Him becomes the moot point! What doesn't become so much a moot point is the fact that sinlessness plus indwelt deity=God__which is something the man Jesus thought it not robbery to equate Himself with when He was alive, at One [indwelt] with the "Word" of the Godhead, and Himself not yet glorified.

Remember this with regards to Adam and how he was removed from the garden lest he become equal to the Godhead after he transgressed: "And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, . . . . . and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever: Genesis 3:22 (KJV)

Here is a side note to take to heart:

Though Jesus was sinless and "indwelt" with the Godhead and declared Himself to be such, we can see this yet to be glorified man fully expressing the Godhead in a completely human state that would soon hang on a cross. I point this out to point up what is available to anyone born again by the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit which imputes the very Life of Jesus Christ for the purpose following in His steps__and indeed, is required to.

No, we just do not add words that are not there. You should not just assume anything in theology, we all do it, but in doing so we get the wrong answers..
