This is fun! Do a word search at Biblegateway. Here is what I found that the Bible says God is eternal.
Not the issue, you twit!
I don't deny that God is eternal. I deny that eternal means what you claim, and I submit that you cannot find a single verse in the Bible that shows eternal to mean what you claim.

God had no beginning, and yet He experienced duration.
And all Zeno did was show a lack of understanding regarding eternity.
And you have shown ignorance in your idea that God would have to get to the moment of creation. At some point along the infinite line He created. Simple as that.

Time as "change" can be observed in the universe God made because everything is in motion. There was no motion before anything existed. In what respect could any changes be occurring? Is it God Himself who was sequentially changing and evolving? Why would He need to change. What would have caused the changes? Had this been going on forever.
J.R. Lucas in 'A treatise on time and space' answers Zeno's paradox by distinguishing intervals and instants (the bottom line is that the arrow reaches the target despite philosopher's navel gazing).

I say: "Where are the Elijahs of God?" (Ravenhill "Why Revival Tarries")

All you need to read and know is the Bible.
All of this open theism crap is all over the internet as a false teaching. I know it's false just by its title...

Trinity is not in the Bible, so is it a false teaching? The view is about the Openness of creation, not the openness of God. It is saying the future is not fully fixed (which is how you also live even if you are a Calvinist).
The Bible does not address every area of knowledge. The Bible does not teach your view of time/eternity and can be used for Open Theism support and defeat of unbiblical Calvinism. The problem is your paradigm, not just that the proof texts don't really support you.

This verse has nothing to do with legit doctrinal debates among equally capable, godly believers. It could contrast New Age vs Christianity, but cannot be applied to Calvinism vs Arminianism vs Molinism vs Open Theism.
Are you a hyper-fundamentalist, or what?
