but anyhow... to your Q
its a fake word (love) because there is no such thing as human love...
people only "love" you when you are... at your best... when you dont have problems - or dont have too many... or whatever... or maybe you have problems they can deal with or what have u...
true, Christians (real ones, that is) have the love of God in them (on a good day ) and they can kinda half-way "love"... but... well... still, their love is so limited... This is not a hugely bad thing.. its just the way things are..
anyhow... i guess what i am saying is
Jesus loves everyone
people don't
We are commanded to love one another. Love is easy for me. I would do no harm.
But, liking someone, that is another story.
Still, I have love to share, it isn't always welcome and I respect that.
I believe God created us for Love. He loves us. He has given us the freedom to love Him or not.
Matt 22:36-40
Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment.
Sound Like a Commandment to me instead of a choice of freedom !
What god do you serve ?
Rom 2:28-29
28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

The one that gives people a loving choice to love him or not ?

Come on Nick learn what Godliness is really about and its not yelling demon at strangers because they don't share your views on politics, federal law or gun control.
Yes. Love isnt forced. He doesn't want a robot. If he wanted a forced relationship, adam and eve would never have been capable of sinning.
I would agree with that for the most part. Although, I would add that, in this context, hatred can be forced. The freedom to love (or perhaps not) extends from the mercy of God. Without His mercy, one may indeed be "a robot"--at least in the sense of being hardened for the purposes of His power, glory, and the love of His children. This is a hard saying, and I know not everyone will agree. However, we must contend with the scriptural idea that God has ordained villains in His grand plan.
Who said it was ? However those who are not born again hate God !

Can a sinner dead in trepasses and sins Love God ?

So your god also is lovingly asking you to love him ? lol
