Acts 28

23 And when they had appointed him a day, there came many to him into his lodging; to whom he expounded and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out of the prophets, from morning till evening.

Viper Tet: The law ended at John, then was was resurrected, then nailed to the cross, resurrected again, and ended in 70 AD.

Johnny, please forgive me. I just realized why you are so confused over Luke 16:16. You once said that Elijah has not come yet:

According to Jesus Elijah already came:

(Matt 17:12 KJV) But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them.

Now it makes sense why you are having such a hard time with Luke 16:16, the law and prophets, the kingdom of God, etc.

The law and prophets ended with John the Baptist.

Jesus took 40 years to fulfill the law and prophets from when He died on the cross.

Nope-you say the law ended at John, was resurrected again, then nailed to the cross, was resurrected again, ended in AD 70, and that everyone is saved, and your fake "Jesus" died for nothing, is he did not die for the law, in our place, and had no reason to come to earth and die-on record.

.".love the LORD thy God with all thine heart; and with all thy soul; and with all thy might...."(Deut 6:5 KJV; Mt. 22:37 KJV; Mark 12:30 KJV) is straight out of the law-the Lord Jesus Christ taught it. Viper Tet denies it. He asserts that the law has no purpose, and that God never taught the law.

"Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. " Romans 3:19-28 KJV

Tet: No need for God to teach the law, to get the lost to shut up and admit their guilt, and admit that they fall short of the standard demanded by the law.

Tet:No need for God to teach the law, to the self righteous, to convict them to plead guilty in their inability to keep the law 100%, as the Lord Jesus Christ did, and thus convince themselves that the law cannot redeem them, but only condemn them, and embrace the cross and resurrection

Tet. rejects this:

The Law can teach us "what not to do", but can never teach us "what to do.” The law condems, but cannot redeem. The law cannot give life, and law-keeping cannot produce righteousness (Galatians 3:21 KJV). If one were to keep the law perfectly, that person would have not have righteousness, only freedom from condemnation. They would not deserve any credit, doing what he was supposed to do- nor would he deserve any blame.

Tet. rejects this:

One of the purposes of the Law was to serve as a test for man-"for by the law is the knowledge of sin" (Romans 3:20 KJV). The law revealed the presence of a fatally malignant nature("carnal, sold under sin."-Romans 7:14 KJV) in man by revealing man s incapacity to relate to the LORD God his Creator, and to his fellow creatures. The first 5 commandments declared man ‘s responsibility to the LORD God, and demonstrated that man could not produce the righteousness that God had a right to require of man. The second 5 commandments declared man’s responsibility to his fellow man, and revealed man’s complete incapacity to relate righteously to his "neighbor". A righteous would have passed this two-part test of law. The Lord Jesus Christ did. Our iniquity is revealed by our total incapacity to fulfill t he righteous demands which the LORD God, through the law, properly imposes and demands.

Both the the first 5 commandments and the second 5 commandments are summarized for us in the scripture-man is to love the LORD God with his heart and soul and mind and strength(Deut. 6:5, Mt. 22:37, Mark 12:30 KJV)...in short, with every fiber of his being. He is also to love his "neighbor" as he does himself (Lev.19:18 KJV, Matthew 22:39 KJV, Mark 12:31 KJV). The LORD God is not here advocating "self-love"--man already has this in his carnal nature-and this is the root of the problem-"I". The LORD God is thus showing us that we already do love ourselves- we love ourselves far more than we love our neighbor.

1 John 4:20 KJVstates the impossibility of loving the LORD God, whom we haven’t seen, if we don’t love man, whom we have seen. If we did love the LORD God, we would automatically love His creature- we thus realized that our failure to measure up to the demands of commandments 6-10 underscore our failure to fulfill commandments 1-5. Thus, in every instance when one is rude to his fellow man, for example, he would break not only commandments 6-10(governing his relationship to his "neighbor"), he would break commandments 1-5( governing his relationship to the LORD God). In sinning against your neighbor, you sin against the LORD God who created Him.

The LORD God did not give the law to discover if man could keep it, but to demonstrate that he could not.. The law is the LORD God’s righteous requirement of man. Keeping it perfectly would only be doing what man is supposed to do, and nothing more (Luke 17:10 KJV). For example, should you break a speeding law in the U.S., appear before the judge, and plead that you have never once broken a law prior to this, the law "couldn't care less"-you were just doing what is required.

Regarding the believer's "walk"-Christians who "desire to be under law" in their approach to God have not heard the law speak. The law's message is not life, but death (2 Corinthians 3:7 KJV)! A holy, "spiritual" law cannot accept less than holy conduct. A perfect law demands perfection of those subject to it. A just law cannot excuse even one infraction. A holy law must condemn bad actions, and a glorious law cannot put up with rebellion against its Giver, the LORD God. The law speaks, and it speaks death to responsible man. Those who would come before a righteous God on law ground will be given "judgment and fiery indignation"(Hebrews 10:27 KJV), "indignation and wrath"(Romans 2:8 KJV). The law does not "grade on the curve- it demands absolute perfection. It must punish all imperfection-that is its ministry (Hebrews 2:2 KJV).

Not keeping the law reveals something is inheritantly wrong with man. When man does not do what he ought to do, he betrays the fact that he IS NOT WHAT HE OUGHT TO BE(Sin is not just "wrong doing", it is "wrong being-Romans 3:23 KJV). The LORD God did not give the Law to Gentiles (Romans 2:14 KJV)- He first gave the Gentile world over to a reprobate mind (Romans 1:28); He then formed the nation Israel, with all of her special privilege, and gave the Law to her (Romans 9:4).

He gave the same law to the unsaved in Israel that He gave to the saved (Exodus 20:18-19 KJV). Often you will hear unbelievers assert that they have no responsibility to the LORD God since they do not claim to be believers. This is an invalid argument. The unbeliever on "law ground" had as much responsibility as the believer. Being an unbeliever does not remove one from the LORD God s domain. The unbeliever came from Adam's loins just as did the Believer(Genesis 5:3 KJV). Adam's fall was the fall of the human race; Adam's sin, our sin. When Adam died spiritually, his death became our death (Romans 5:12 KJV), and "...in Adam, all die "(1 Cor.15:22 KJV).. Adam brought forth progeny in his own image -- fallen man, fallen progeny-"after his kind(Gen. 1:11,12 KJV.principle). Being an unbeliever would not excuse a man from responsibility before the LORD God, any more than a person who breaks the speed limit law would be excused this violation because he denied the existence of the judge.

The scripture is clear that the law is powerless to change, to "reform" behavior, nor is the LORD GOD interested in "reforming" the sinful flesh, the nature we received from Adam, for in our flesh "dwelleth no good thing"(Romans 7:18 KJV)-He "condemned sin in the flesh", and each person saved by the grace of God by believing "the gospel of Christ" has been "created in Christ Jesus"(Eph. 2:10) as a "new creature"(2 Cor. 5:17 KJV, Galatians 6:15 KJV), to "walk in the newness of life"(the Lord Jesus Christ's resurrected life in us!-Romans 6:4 KJV). The law is "an end", its purpose is to "bring! us to o ur knees", to condemn us as "guilty", and thus bring us to the Saviour. It is made for the lawbreaker, not the righteous:

"Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers," 1 Timothy 1:19 KJV

"For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be." Romans 8:3-7 KJV

If our intention is to keep our society(the lawbreakers, unsaved)from chaos, preach the law only. If our intention is to fulfill 1 Tim. 2:4 KJV, preach the law first, then the gospel of Christ, for "...it is the power of God unto salvation...."(Romans 1:16 KJV), not the law, and we are to "...do the work of an EVANGELIST(emphasis mine)....(2 Tim. 4:5 KJV).

Tet. rejects this. Viper.

The Lord Jesus Christ taught the law, viper-He taught everything God the Father told Him to say, and teach:

Deut. 6 KJV

1 Now these are the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments, which the LORD your God commanded to teach you, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go to possess it:
2 That thou mightest fear the LORD thy God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son's son, all the days of thy life; and that thy days may be prolonged.
3 Hear therefore, O Israel, and observe to do it; that it may be well with thee, and that ye may increase mightily, as the LORD God of thy fathers hath promised thee, in the land that floweth with milk and honey.
4 Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:
5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:
7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.
9 And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.

"Why would Jesus teach the law?... "-Tet.

".. Show us verses that show Jesus teaching the law?”-Tet.

Mark 12 KJV

28 And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all?

29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:

30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

32 And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he:

33 And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.

34 And when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, Thou art not far from the kingdom of God. And no man after that durst ask him any question.

=right out of the law, viper.

Mt. 22-"his doctrine......On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets"

Mt. 22 KJV

33 And when the multitude heard this, they were astonished at his doctrine.

34 But when the Pharisees had heard that he had put the Sadducees to silence, they were gathered together.

35 Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying,

36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?

37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

38 This is the first and great commandment
.

39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

"Johnny W "-sweetie Tet.

This effeminate child of the devil thinks I dig men, like him. Again, Tet. Get over your man crush on, and infatuation with, me.

Viper asserts that Luke 16:16 KJV, means that the law ended, and asserts that the law was resurrected again later, and "nailed to the cross later, then resurrected again in early Acts, through late Acts, and then was nailed to the cross again in AD 70.

Tet:The law ended at Luke 16:16 KJV

vs.

"The law was nailed to the cross. You can't divide the law into parts that suit your belief system."-Tet.

vs.

"The OC ended in 70AD, and the NC was fully in place in 70AD. Paul's gospel was/is for when the NC is fully in place."-Tet.

Even though "The law was nailed to the cross."

"The confusion in Christianity comes from the fact that the OC had not completely faded away until 70AD, and the entire NT was written during this transition period."-Tet.

This Viper asserts that this effeminate, fake "Jesus" of his never taught the law, and fulfilled the feasts, that were according to the law, but He did not die for the law, and did not die in our place to free us from the condemnation of the law, and thus died for nothing-on record.

He asserts that everyone is saved.

He asserts that the Pharisees had the kingdom of God within them.

Deceiver. Serpent.

Johnny W thinks that John the Baptist and Jesus preached the law and prophets."-sodomite Craigie

There you have it-this viper, on record, again asserts that this fake "Jesus" never taught, never preached, the law.

Who did, sweetie?Who taught the OC in Mt.-John, and up until 70 AD, Viper?
God the Father? Aliens?

Tell us, sodomite, who was teaching the law from Genesis-late Acts.

Tell us, Preterist con artist.

Not a peep from this perverter of 1 Cor. 15 ff.
