no rapture! Job - August 11th, 2012, 09:01 AM

JOB 14 [10] But man dieth, and wasteth away: yea, man giveth up the ghost, and where is he? [11] As the waters fail from the sea, and the flood decayeth and drieth up: [12] SO MAN LIETH DOWN, AND RISETH NOT: TILL THE HEAVENS BE NO MORE, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep. [13] Oh that thou wouldest hide me in the grave, that thou wouldest keep me secret, until thy wrath be past, that thou wouldest appoint me a set time, and remember me! [14] If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I WAIT, TILL MY CHANGE COME.

Man does not rise until the "heavens be no more". After which, we will be changed {in the twinkling of an eye}

2 PETER 3 [10] But the DAY OF THE LORD will come as a thief in the night; in the which THE HEAVENS SHALL PASS AWAY with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

The "heavens be no more" during The Day of the Lord {after the tribulation period}

1 COR. 15 [52] In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and WE SHALL BE CHANGED.

Theres the “changing” which you find in Job. I guess he's not invited to the so called rapture. He is amoung the "dead in Christ", isnt he guys? His changing takes place after the great and terrible DAY OF THE LORD.

So...why wasnt Job invited to the so called raptsure?

Lord!!!!!! – Your so called Rapture doesn’t exist!!! – What you all ( Call the “Rapture” ) is a creation of Jesus Christ at His Death and Resurrection. – It’s called the “Gospel”, or obeying the Gospel in Baptism which is the Gospel!!! -- Peter was the first to preach the (( ??Rapture of Baptism ))!!!

Paul – 081112

---Gal. 4:16.

Rapture is not a term used in scripture.

Job was not a Christian.

I Thessalonians 4:13-18 and much of I Corinthians 15 deal Jesus Christ's return for the believers in this age of grace.

He is returning to gather us up and that is how we are saved from the wrath to come.

Romans 5:9

I Thessalonians 1:10

So, although Job will not be alive to experience our gathering together unto him, he will be in the first resurrection, the resurrection of the just.

You make the claim Job will not be in the rapture. Then you make the claim he will be in the 1st resurrection. The dead in Christ who rise 1st. Thats the 1st resurrection. So where does Job go according to u rapturist if he is risen and changed in the twinkling of eye at the 1st resurrection and not raptured

You made the claim Job was not a christian

1 Corinthians 10:
1 Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
2 And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;
3 And did all eat the same spiritual meat;
4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.

I was talking to the Doctrine that you used for your Doctrine. It’s good that you don’t follow the Doctrine that describes the “Rapture”, - but there is a “Caught up”, or “Raised up” to Heaven. - It could be called “Rapture” if it was ever described the way God describes it, but no one ever does.

Well, maybe I assumed that you understood that there is a development of laws or spiritual policies that God has implemented progressively through scripture.

It is simply not available for anyone before the day of Pentecost to be a Christian.

Well if you understand these "development of laws or spiritual policies" please share your knowledge of them. If you dont wanna share i understand why youve written what you wrote. You say they can be found in scripture. So just show me the scriptures if what you say is true

Now you have...

Caught up...

1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 (KJV)
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 (NKJV)
16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.

Ephesians 2:6 KJV – “And (( hath "raised" )) us (( up )) together, and made us sit together ( in ) (( Heavenly places )) ( in ) Christ Jesus”. ----//--- What’s that? -- It just says it, - but you can’t have that without changing it!! --- Where was Christ at that time, (( In Hell ))??? -- Christ is that Heavenly Place, the Body of Christ. - Have you ever heard of it??

The Rapture

Side Note:

This is just a fictional dramatization and not an exact Biblical representation of the Rapture. But it gets the point across, though.

RAPTURE,

Let us look at the 5th Seal and see the Resurrection of the Saints.

7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.
8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.
9 ¶ And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

Re 6:12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

Matthew 24:36 - "But of that day and hour knoweth no man..."

Placing the Rapture within the time frame of when one of the seals had been broken gives a person an indication of what day it could be. But no man knows the day, though. When God says no man knows. He means it! A person could then prepare and be ready during this time. Which would destroy the whole concept of what the Rapture is really all about. Which is a surprise!

In other words, it is to make sure that you are always ready! Not just during a certain period of time.

THE DAY ,

Little Season is Just before the Fiery Mountain/Comet Hits = Armageddon

and Sudden Destruction of the Planet Earth with Hellish Fire and Flood.

Re 8:8 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain

burning with fire was cast into the sea:

and the third part of the sea became blood;

11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them,

that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants

also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.
