Kinsey did have questionnaire type surveys filled out by anonymous people that included many sexual acts that were illegal at that time (even oral sex between a married man and woman was considered illegal in many states back then), but if he did not offer anonymity from legal investigations then he would not have gotten the number of responses he did. Kinsey did not contribute to sexual deviance with his research, he simply reported it.
ACW just doesn't like the results of Kinsey's research because it makes this whole issue much more complex than ACW's simple little mind is willing to accept.
This is just another failed attempt to try to pull the wool over all thinking person's eyes.

AClosetCase's problem seems to be that Kinsey didn't use the information he gathered to alert the authorities and name names.
If you can convince folks to talk to you about their illicit behavior and then turn them in to the authorities, you will be hailed as a heroic champion of morality and purity!

God ordained the civil magistrate to do the same thing for society. As seen in Romans 13:4, when the civil magistrate legislates according to what God commands of society, it acts as a loving parent to those that are following a destructive path, and thus makes that society a better place for all.

The civil magistrate is charged with protecting members of society from each other, not from themselves.
If a man beats himself repeatedly in the head with a steel pipe, it is not the civil magistrate's responsibility to stop him, unless said man is endangering the life and property of others, creating a public nuisance or impeding traffic.
