Why does Christ say to keep the Commandments, if they were done away with?

It seems that Christ contineously held up the Commandments as a central theme for eternal life, as something to be upheld, as the basis of loving God and loving your fellow man. It is God transfering His Love to man, a understanding of Gods love throught his law.
Matthew 5:19
Anyone who breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 19:17
"Why do you ask me about what is good?" Jesus replied. "There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, obey the commandments."
Mark 7:8
For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.

So why do so many people fight against what Christ so clearly upheld for us to observe, to love God and our fellow man?
The Greatest Commandment
Mark 12
28 One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?”
29 “The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.[e] 30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’[f] 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[g] There is no commandment greater than these.”
32 “Well said, teacher,” the man replied. “You are right in saying that God is one and there is no other but him. 33 To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices.”
34 When Jesus saw that he had answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” And from then on no one dared ask him any more questions.

Well put, there is lots of confusion around here on this topic.
Rom 6:15 What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not!
Rom 6:16 Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?
Rom 6:17 But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered.
Rom 6:18 And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness.
And then there is perverting it like you did right here. Grace is not a license to sin, it is a license to righteousness. You cannot sin if you are righteous.
JESUS was the Lord God of the Old Testament and made the Commandments.
Jesus had to DIE and be the TESTATOR and
Disolve the Old Testament Commandments of Sacrificing Animals
and introduce the New Covenant.
Jesus did ( Not do away with the Blood Sacrifices )!! - John the Baptist did by ( changing the Old Law to the "Baptism of Repentance" )!!! -- ( How can any of you prove that wrong )?? - You have to ( Just Deny it )!!

Yep.
The jews, even when the come to accept Christ will forever be denied pork and are compelded forever to ritually hold to all the commandments.
All the verses you cite were aimed at the Jews to whom Jesus spoke.
The Gentiles, however, when converted to Judaism through acceptance of the teachings of jesus, are bound only by the Noachide Laws:

Keeping the Commandments of Christ are only evidences of Eternal Life, not conditions, that makes salvation to be contingent on works,which is unbiblical and antichrist !
Rom 2:28-29
28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
