Have I a personal history with Jesus Christ? - August 18th, 2012, 07:41 AM

The one sign of a true Christian is discipleship, an intimate connection with Jesus Christ per John 17:3, an ongoing knowledge of Him for the purpose of rectification, which nothing can shake because it carries with it a vision. This being because God does not give life to overcome but rather, life as we overcome. We need that vision as Jesus needed it.

This cannot be in the life of one whose doctrine rules his disposition and not the "actual" life of Christ because of religious agenda getting in the way, especially with regards to salvation, that the life of Christ might be released unto Liberty and Freedom in Him and which always points up a healthy holy fear for the sake of sustaining one's allegiance.
Obedience from love is what allegiance is all about. Jesus personally demonstrated this in His wilderness 'testings'. His only doctrine was the "actual" Life of the "Word" of God "Life" indwelling Him__that in the end the "Glory" God gave Him, He now gives to His disciples__and for the same reason.

"A person’s soul is in grave danger when the knowledge of doctrine surpasses Jesus, avoiding intimate touch with Him.". . . . . O.Chambers

To your question, -- NO!! – Jesus has no personal history for you to be a part of!! – Show us all, Jesus’ (( History )), not His Truth, but His History!!!
