Just a small catering business at first. Not mashed potatoes on line or anything.

This one is easy for me...

I open a chain of small spanish style cigar lounge's that serve fresh mojito's and sell fine hand-rolled cigars.

I would like to make welded aluminum boats. But I don't know how to weld aluminum. I suppose I should maybe learn, one of these days.

Somewhere that the locals would want to stop in every day not only for a cup of coffee but to connect with others, say hi, shoot the breeze, buy, trade, borrow a book...Cozy, with lots of comfy chairs you could move around into groups or quiet pairs. And on the weekends get some local folk/indie talent in the evenings. Although that would probably only work well if I had a liquor license. Okay, combination coffee house, bookstore, and pub might be a little unique.

Have a local "farm dairy" nearby and they sell their milk to local outlets but their cream could be used to make ice cream.

Open a locally made ice cream shop. tWINs

That has a lot of ideas. It's like creating an experience. I kind of had an idea along those lines. A flower farm with trails displaying different ideas for planting with ponds and benches and arbors along the way. Inside would be a coffee cafe and gift shop with books. We would have a grand opening every year for the season on Mothers Day.

I've been to a place like that. They have gardening workshops, flower arranging classes, you can have weddings there, a pumpkin patch in the Fall, etc. You'd be great at it.
