I am removing wheat and soy from my diet.

Breakfast--Three hard boiled eggs and kiefer.

Noon Meal--Broccoli slaw with nuts. A large mug of Peppermint tea

Evening--- a glass of milk. Peppermint tea.

My appetite is gone because I have a cold and have to rest. When I can exercise again the appetite will come back.

Why did you remove wheat and soy from your diet? Is it to do with tollerance?

I had a late-afternoon tuna salad sandwich, some water with lime. My pets had their assorted greens and are now enjoying a nice Sunday afternoon carrot. I'm brewing some coffee. I'm going to sit, watch the sun set over the lake, listen to the ducks and the geese.

Allergy. I was able to add back soy lecithin. The allergy was isolated. Wheat.
