Clearly God used a genetic replicating system. Amniotic fluid is the same salinity as the ocean - reminiscent that God created life first in the sea. As human fetuses develop it is apparent they have a milk line like other mammals. Sometimes a third or fourth nipple develops on humans - most often along this milk line. Sometimes babies are born with short 3-4" tails where the sacrum is not fused like in "normal" humans. Every once in awhile there are throwbacks like these to man's ancient genetic heritage from other mammals.

Indeed even Genesis tells us: these are the generations of the earth when it was created...
