1 John is talking about the difference between the false prophets (of which you are one) and the true prophets .
The life of the false prophets do not confess Jesus Christ as come in the flesh, because they live the life of Cain who killed Abel because Cains religion was rejected by God.
Many evill men can say with their mouth they believe Jesus Christ has come in the flesh (like you, the mocker) but their lives are set on destroying the truth by preaching the Roman Catholic doctrines.
How easily fooled Christians are to receive the sons of the devil by the words of their mouth-
Mat 15:7 Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,
Mat 15:8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
Mat 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
Who deceives men in the last days according to Jesus--
Mat 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

You've just proven yourself one of those false prophets.
You either don't know what it means that Jesus Christ "is come in the flesh," or you deny it. Which is it?
Where did He come FROM.
What was He before He came in the flesh?
Look at John 1:1 and John 1:14, and you may find the answers you seek...but clearly have not yet found.
The Word (the Logos) came down to earth and became flesh (Jesus) … John 1:14
All Christians agree on this, right?
But, they also insist that the Word (the Logos) was/is Jesus Christ.
Yes, Both were/are definitely "fully God".
However, Jesus Christ was BOTH "fully God" AND "fully man".
So, how can people say ... the Word (the Logos) and Jesus Christ are exactly the same?
Hopefully, this'll be my swan song re: this topic, but somehow I doubt it.
Stay thirsty, my friends!
His divinity was the same Word who was God in the beginning.
His humanity was "added on" for transgressions, just like the ordinances were added onto the Law for transgressions.
Galatians 3:18-20
For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise. Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator. Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.
God came in the form of man to deal with man's transgression, which the Law only dealt with on a temporary basis.
Slogan/motto:
Mat 7:12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

The Bible does not say Jesus was the word before He became flesh.
The Bible says Jesus IS the Word become flesh.
No flesh, no Jesus.
You teach anti-christ doctrine which has Jesus Christ alive as a spirit before Jesus was born.
No wonder the RCC teachings are so confusing.
The spirit which denies Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh is satan.
The Word (Logos) was originally clothed in Heaven with an incorruptible body.
After He came to earth, He became flesh (clothed in a corruptible body).
After this body died, He returned to Heaven in His incorruptible body.
The Word (Logos) now lives again in Heaven in His incorruptible body.
And IMO, the Word (Logos) has always been the Second Person of the Holy Trinity.
God's precious Scriptures are of NO value to those who cannot (or will not) believe them! "For as many as are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God." Romans 8:14 It always was God's intention that His NT church be the ONLY model for all future churches!

Well, we see the Word, before He became flesh, as the strong right Arm, the right Hand.... In fact, we see Him all throughout the OT. He is the doer in the Godhead. He's called Jesus in the NT, but He's been the Glory of God and the one who is seen whenever God is revealed. Just as we have a body, soul, and spirit, God does, too, and I'm thinking "incorruptible body" or God's Glory sounds as good as anything else.
Psalm 89:13
Thou hast a mighty arm: strong is thy hand, and high is thy right hand.
Proverbs 30:4
Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son's name, if thou canst tell?
Numbers 11:23
And the LORD said unto Moses, Is the LORD'S hand waxed short? thou shalt see now whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not.
Numbers 11:25
And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.

John 1:1 "The Word was God."
John 1:14 "The Word became flesh."
John 1:14-15
And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.
And what does this witness, John the Baptist, say?
This Word that became flesh is Jesus and OUR GOD as spoken by the prophet Isaiah.
Isaiah 40:3
The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.

IMPORTANT CORRECTION to the above follows:
The Word (Logos) was originally clothed in Heaven with an incorruptible body.
After He came to earth, He became flesh (clothed in a corruptible body).
He returned to Heaven IN BODILY FORM (Luke 24:51) ... but with what kind of body?

I think you know this already.
1 Cor. 15:42-44
So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
1 Corinthians 15:50
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
1 Cor. 15:53-54
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

Thanks ... I wanted someone else to look up the Scriptures.

(2) IMO, the Word (the Logos) was/is the Second Person of the Triune Godhead.
(3) IMO, the names/titles "Jesus" and "the Son of God" (when used in connection with Jesus Christ)
were first introduced by Gabriel in Matthew 1:21 and Luke 1:31,35.
I.E. these 2 names/titles did not exist in Heaven prior to this event.
And no one, thus far, here or elsewhere, has proven me to be wrong about any of the above.
But I'm open to the possibility.

You speak truth. I'll not try to prove something wrong that isn't.
To put it simply. Jesus is God, but God is not Jesus.
In the same way, my body is me, but I am not my body, for I am soul and spirit, as well. When we say Jesus created all things, he didn't do it in the body that had been prepared for Him, but by the Word He was in the beginning.
Scholars have always seen a striking connection between the concept of the Shekinah and the idea of Logos "The Word" which Philo introduced into Jewish philosophical thinking. Of course a much greater emphasis was placed upon the word Logos when the apostle John introduced his gospel account of the life of Jesus with these suggestive words:
John 1:1-2 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God.
In the Jewish Targums, which were popular interpretations or paraphrases of the Old Testament Scripture, there was a tendency to avoid anthropomorphic terms. Therefore the Word was introduced as a mediating factor between God and the world. In particular the chasm between the Divine and human is bridged over by the use of such terms as the Hebrew word memra ("word") and shekinah ("glory"). "The memra proceeds from God, and is His messenger in Nature and history."
Scholars also see the similarities between Shekinah (God's "Presence"), The Holy Spirit of God (Heb. Ruach Elohim; Gr. Pneuma Hagion), and the Hebrew Bat Kol ("The Daughter of the Voice," or God's Voice). Any attempt to draw a substantial difference between these words have never been satisfactorily established and thus they are often used interchangeably.
