Having a ministry creates a certain amount of risk all on its own, in regard to sustaining that ministry. And of course prudence or the lack thereof can either increase or reduce that risk.

Perhaps not so obviously.

Was there a possibility that the lawsuit could have culminated in significant financial penalties?
Of course.
Was there a possibility that those penalties could be enough to bankrupt the ministry?
Of course.
So the threat existed.
You may choose to believe that the magnitude of that threat was never significant, but you can't deny that it existed as a possibility.

There was never a chance of Enyart going the distance and no one else was ever "threatened" by the suit. The claim was and remains ridiculous...and as reliable as a Weekly World News headline.

Consider this - if a suit was filed, what teeth did it have?

If the suit had no risk, why not just ignore it?

You're not addressing what I said. Again. (Put another way: if you actually think Enyart was going to go all the way and actually risk his program over this, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you.)

Name one other ministry somehow "threatened" by this incident. I'll wait.

You guessed about whether or not Enyart would have "gone the distance".

Why should I address your guess? It's your opinion. I don't agree or disagree. It's irrelevant to my point.

Besides, recognizing that there was a "distance" to go, you acknowledge that I was right when I said:

Is English your first language? You seem to be struggling to make yourself clear.

As far as "misinterpreting", I quoted you and asked you to explain what you meant by

I used an analogy to help you to understand my point.

I understand. It can be difficult to defend our words when we don't use them carefully. If you would be more comfortable retreating from the conversation, I understand.
Have you not been paying attention to my posts? Granite is stupid.

I work with many uneducated young people who have not been taught to think or speak clearly.

It requires patience.
