So...the church of England and Scotland are cults because of what Biblical mandate...?
They dont have a Biblical mandate, that is the whole point of these churches nowadays. It is a form of control which is excerted over those who are in the congregations of these churches. Basically that is what the churches have come to in this day and age and in no way are they representing the teachings of the Christ. Simple because they dont know the Truth of these teachings.

Thank you for all the kind words, and I thank God for giving you understanding.
There has never been a book like this written before now, however as prophesied in the book of Daniel, the knowledge needed to write this book would not appear until the times of the end.
We are in the times of the end that will bring about the end of false worship, as well as the beginning of the time for a body of Christians who will give witness to the truth, the same as when the apostles in charge of the first century church healed the sick and raised the dead.
Paul spoke of this numerous times in the Scriptures, and for those with eyes that can see and ears that can hear, they understand this. Those whose eyes have been blinded by the god of this world cannot see this, and I did not write the book for them. (2Cor.4:4)

Your problem is you are denying the obvious.
Throughout history whenever the followers of God have been obedient to Him, God has responded with signs and wonders. It has always been signs and wonders that have proved the presence and blessings of God upon a chosen people.
This is the way it was in the Old Testament as well as in the New Testament through not only Jesus, but those who worshiped him in spirit and in truth aka the apostles and the first century church. Look at it this way: in the times of the 1st century church someone who had a disease and needed to be healed could go to their elders and everything would be taken care off. Today, the most the elders can do for anyone is give them a ride to the hospital. Sure they pray for the people and lay hands on them, but in 99.9% of the time nothing ever happens that would happen without the benefit of modern medicine. Get my point?
God makes the truth very clear that when people return to Him, He returns to the people and watches over them the same as He did to Old Testament Israel and the New Testament Church. Deductive reasoning would at least suggest that if someone such as myself whose teachings of the required knowledge of foundational doctrines (He.6:1-2) are different from what the church teaches, and witnessing miracles while the church does not, that the doctrines of the church are the culprit.
God is no different today then He was in Biblical times. Therefore, when the truth returns to the church the presence and power of God will also return to the church. That is when the church will have a mandate from God.

Douglas....you seem to not yet understand the scripture that you keep referring to. You need to remember that when John speaks of 'Truth' it always refers to Jesus Christ!
So...really what you keep repeating is Trinity-worship...Father, Son & Spirit.
Just man-up and don't be afraid to say it loud and proud!

James 5:16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
Galatians 3:5 He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
The Holy Spirit is the spirit of truth, therefore it is the lack of truth in you and in the church that is keeping you from witnessing miracles.
John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
It does not do you any good to understand the Trinity if Christ is not in you and working through you. You may well have gotten off with the right start but somewhere along the way you have been led astray.
Suggest you follow the advice of James and start confessing your faults.
