You still have yet to respond to any of my objections:

" The idea that the 10 commandments would only apply specifically to people who don't believe in the religious/moral basis of the 10 commandments and thus wouldn't have any reason to follow it, is a self-refuting notion. Only an incompetent person would design laws that only apply to people who don't believe in them. If the purpose of the 10 commandments are as you suggest not, a moral foundation for Christians, but rather a device of proselytization, it is a terrible way to go about it. You aren't going to win any converts by immediately telling people what to do."
