If two guys with the same experience, the same qualifications and the same character traits are both looking for a job in how do the white guy and black guy compare?
On average the white guy, with the white name on the CV will get a job quicker and will get a better salary in vast majority of cases.
I disagree with positive discrimination, because I feel it does a lot more harm that it does good, but it exists to deal with very deep set long standing disadvantages minority's have had in our countries.
We need to fight all discrimination but what us white folks have to deal with is a cakewalk to what you average black or Asian guy has to deal with.

That is why there is a bit of bitterness among some of them, because they are demonstrated against even though they have not one racist bone in their body. Sometimes this bitterness evolves into denouncing others, and then it is magically concluded as racism and they are demonstrated against further.

That's been checked. Identical resumes, but with "black" names, get about one-half the number of interview responses that the same resumes get with "white" names.
When that reverses, whites will be qualified to whine about being discriminated against.
Of course that doesn't stop some of them from whining anyway.

Its not the most common because in the West whites are the majority. Since slavery ended, through WWII (Nazis) and the American Civil Rights movement, and on through today, white supremacy has been attacked relentlessly. Not a bad thing, IMO.

OK. Even if its a cakewalk, if minorities suddenly found themselves the majority, would they take the same attitude? Would they tolerate racial supremacy among the (then) minorities, or would they work to end racial supremacy everywhere?

Poor discriminated against white folks. It's tough being white in America, with all that adversity and no White Entertainment Network to show reruns of Law & Order on.
