You'd have to know chrys...or something.

Anyway, you know how now and then someone says something and a few people nod and laugh a little. And then there are oftenone or two who laugh nervously and hope no one like you asks, "What's funny?"

It's a gesture. Would you like another?

Well, thanks anyway. Normally I'd have to walk through a graveyard to experience wit of your caliber. Bravo.

Now that is funny, and here all the time we thought you were posting from the grave yard, or at least from underneath one.... thanks for telling us where all of those dead beat ideas of yours come from.

Hey, if that's the best all of you (however many voices constitute that "we" of yours) can do it will have to.

How did Christmas go for you anyway?

If you are talking about the celebration of the birth of God's son, we do that every day of the year in our home, it is worthy of at least that.

It was a bit broader than that. You might not, I don't know your traditions, but most around here I'd imagine spend more time with their larger family this time of year, get time off work, exchange presents, that sort of thing.

As to the more serious discussion (because we both know Jesus wasn't born on the 25th day of December) I like Brother Lawrence's approach in the Practice of the Presence of God. Keep yourself mindful, speak to God in prayer and thanksgiving throughout the day. Sounds like that's something of what you're talking about. So while it wasn't my original point in asking, glad to hear it.

BTW, it's "prostate", not "postrate." Although I suppose one is usually prostrate for a prostate examination.

God bless us, every one.
