That is actually the poor section of Utila, Honduras. I lived in Honduras for 6 months. I have been through that neighborhood on my scooter going from one renovation job to another. It is not nice.

When I see the name "Quincy" I always think of 1992 Olympic 400 m gold medalist Quincy Watts! Watts ran 43.50 seconds to win the gold. He is still the 4th fastest man ever at 400 m.
