Well, I just changed that - I know it doesn't really mean anything, but I just felt like I had to give him *some* kind of acknowledgement now that he's no longer with us.

I enjoyed your posts Bob B. You were intellectually honest and God fearing in what I have seen of you. We will meet in heaven with our Lord. My condolances to his family and friends.

The true National Debt of the United States is $18.964 Trillion. Therefore, our debt as a percentage of GDP is really 130%. This is beyond the level reached during World War II. We are no longer the manufacturer to the world. We are the consumer to the world. The country adds $4 Billion per day to the National Debt.

Bob and his wife Dorothy hosted Robert and me in their home a few years ago. They were just great to us. A beautiful home, a beautiful couple!

Dorothy and Bob will be in my prayers tonight.

I've missed his gentlemanly style here in arguments that can often grow heated and childish.

What a neat guy he was, sure sorry to hear this.

Marge: "Aren't you going to give him the last rites?"
Rev. Lovejoy: "That's Catholic, Marge - you might as well ask me to do a voodoo dance."

"Oh bother" said Pooh, as he chambered the next round.

...prayers of comfort and strength for his family...

Mr. B...

I imagine he now knows just how much he has influenced people he has never met. May the Creator be generous with Mr. B's rewards.

I never met Bob. I hope to do so one day. But not yet.

His work has been an amazing inspiration. I went through a few of his old threads and tagged them with his name. For those of you interested in reading the scientific legacy of the man just click on his name in the tag at the bottom of this thread.

We'll see you soon, Bob.

Thanks, mate.
