CW AFFILIATE 40/29 TV NEWS DIRECTOR SEX CHARGE UPDATE: Today's show starts with a replay of the 3-minute call to Robin in the newsroom at Arkansas' KHBS/KHOG 40/29 TV. According to a local viewer who contacted BEL, after calling 40/29 today, he related the same information to the same newsroom editor, and then the caller asked, "Have you ever heard this before?" and was told, "No." The source added that Robin then told the viewer that the story must be a rumour and was not true. BEL called Robbie the truck driver for an update and he reported that even though he was subpoenaed to testify, and even though the media has his contact information, not a single local or statewide media outlet has contacted him, the complaining witness, to investigate the story. Possibly, those working within the mainstream media want to grant each other immunity from public exposure of their own indecent public exposure.

Greenland Arkansas Authorities Charged 40/29 TV's Michael Courington for Sex Act. Police told the trucker that they had police car dash cam video of Mike Courington from his previous suspicious behavior when he was being told to leave the property. This time, after the trucker wrote down Courington's license plate number and being a willing complaining witness, Courington received three charges from the prosecutor:
-criminal trespass
-public disturbance/disorderly conduct, and
-indecent exposure with intent...
On Sept. 30 the Trucker was Subpoenaed to Testify but on Oct. 6 when he called the Greenland prosecutor he was told that Courington had plea bargained down to obstructed windshields, or uhhh was it... actually, disorderly conduct, yes, disorderly conduct, and Courington was sentenced to 90 days in jail with work release.
