You're in a minority. And I never asked for your opinion.
I realize that...doesn't matter much to me. As to asking my opinion, you put a joke in a public place and it becomes a matter that the public can comment on.

Oh, I know that I've laughed at some things and told some jokes that I shouldn't have found funny. I regret them...I wish I could take them back.

Just answer "suicide," like we all know you meant, and prove that you are not only a hypocrite but a liar and fool.
As above. I've often said I'd rather die than hear a certain song again or used figures of speech like you did yourself in reference to my own reply. I made that remark and added the in light of that and in a vain attempt to hopefully disagree but with no bad feeling. Bad move on my part.
That is not the same thing as deliberately making a joke of suicide in itself and unless you know people close that have done it, or been on the verge yourself you need to shut the hell up and grow the hell up into the bargain to see the bloody obvious difference.

You addressed me as though I had asked your opinion. I didn't. You are entitled to your opinion, but on this matter I don't care about your opinion.
I simply passed on a joke that I thought was funny, and many other people, for some reason, find funny, too.

The point is, you found gallows humor funny. You claiming that you shouldn't have found it funny is a moral judgment based on some subjective standard you have applied to yourself after the fact.

A subjective standard that makes you feel guilty like that is a snare.

Should we laugh about jokes about dead babies Elo, subjectively speaking? Some people do...
And FTR I'm not bothered if people find your OP funny or not. I was bothered by your swipes at those who didn't as if it was a yardstick for what should be amusing for everyone. Especially after reasons given why. I laugh at stuff that other people I know find absurd. So?

See? There you go again with the self-righteous nonsense.
I have known people who committed suicide, and I have contemplated suicide myself in my past, so please spare me your pompous self-righteous babble.
The joke had nothing to do with mocking people who commit suicide because they are depressed. It was not written in way to mislead anyone to think that I was actually going to commit suicide. It was simply a joke that mocks suicide bombers, like, for example, Achmed the dead terrorist mocks suicide bombers.
Hey, if you don't think that Achmed the dead terrorist is funny, there's no hope for you.

Straight from Jeff Dunham's act...
Dunham: So do you guys have a motto?
Achmed: Like what?
Dunham: Like we're looking for a few good men.
Achmed: We're looking for some idiots with no future.
Dunham: So where do you get your recruits?
Achmed: The suicide hotline.
You can watch his entire routine with Achmed the dead terrorist on YouTube. Funny stuff.

There wasn't a threat was there? If there was I wouldn't have made any sort of joke. Get it?

Hey, if you don't think that Achmed the dead terrorist is funny, there's no hope for you.
Which some people don't think is funny. If you merely accepted that instead of slating anyone who didn't laugh as if it was a personal insult directed at you there wouldn't have been a problem. I'm not fussed on Achmed the dead terrorist either but others find it funny so fair play. I don't expect everyone to laugh at what I find funny and neither should you.
Sure you weren't talking to yourself when you gave me a neg rep and called me an idiot behind closed doors?
You're the idiot here.
At what point in my post did I say anything about your costume, parade or festival being your religion? NEVER.
What I said was that your religion is humanism. Your friends do it so it must be ok according to you. That is humanism, worshiping and bowing down at the feet of others.
If I was making fun of costumes, then I'd be making fun of friends I have that wear costumes from time to time.
So you are just going to make more of an idiot of yourself.
It wasn't ok because my friends were doing it, it was ok because there is nothing wrong with it. Got that nitwit?
If there was anything wrong with what I was doing, I'd love to hear it.
Human is not a religion. It is a philosophy that puts a focus on human dignity, rationality and ethics. Has nothing to do with bowing down to anyone. Nearly the opposite. Read more, learn more.
Aside from that, as far as religion goes, I'm an atheist.
Hey aren't you the same dullard that made a pathetic attempt to bash me in a blog?
