Yes, it's poisonous.

How appropriate that you would bring it up.

And isn't it interesting that you would call attention to issues in the Creationist community? I don't believe I've ever seen you address issues such as this:

Dude just hit the nail on the head. Instead of either a) living up to a commitment to ignore Dude or b) responding honestly to Dude's challenge, Barbarian posts the following:

No answer and point to an issue likely to generate unrelated discussion.

Which is an interesting point...

It's far easier to deal with unrepentant and proud adversaries who make no pretense toward dealing in reasonable terms than it is to deal with a snake like Barbarian who will do anything to retain the appearance of superiority.

Gerald is a far more likable character, even if he can't count.

Hogwash! A well-placed bullet can easily deal with both.

My browser says 11 pages. You want to gripe about counting, go talk to Bill Gates.

It's what convinced me that Sod isn't being malicious; he's just really resentful about perceived wrongs done to him. At this point, calling it a "pity party" isn't going to help much.

Ok. That's an "e pluribus unum" thing.

Any possibility? Under the principle that "with God all things are possible", yes. Mark 10:27 (KJV)

Is there any likelihood? no. (HINT: Lenin was correct about "useful idiots", especially the hard-core ones.)

Maybe Gerald was counting in base 2 and he really meant 3 pages.

barbie, you lied about what I posted. You refuse to explain why you lied about what I posted. You demonstrated a willingness to discuss anything other than why you lied about what I posted.

It's understandable why you're viewed by friend and foe alike as the most dishonest poster on this site. What is discouraging is that you seem to relish the division and dissension you cause. Like your father, you seem to exist to sow confusion and enmity.

How do you handle this in confession? Do you lie there too?

Sorry, Sod. I just don't see you the same anymore. But you are forgiven by me, and I hope eventually you'll forgive me for any wrongs I've done you.

You'll find it's a lot easier, once you let go of all that.

God bless us, every one.

So, if the "good Christians" on this site are liberal, what are the bad Christians?
