Yes it is. Did you put it there to test just how free this country was? Were you afraid some government agent would come along and tell you to take it down?

Palin is to leave the governor's office in late July.
The days since her resignation had been exhilarating and she loved being in Dillingham, a town of only a few thousand people and no cell phone service, Palin said.
On Monday, her personal lawyer also spoke about her resignation.
No legal "bombshell" or personal scandal lies behind Palin's resignation, but off-color jokes by talk-show host David Letterman contributed to her decision to step down, Thomas Van Flein said.

The Reason Sarah Palin Quit her job as Governor

“It is because I love Alaska this much, Sir, that I feel it is my duty to avoid the unproductive, typical, politics as usual, lame duck session in one’s last year in office.” — Sarah Palin

Tranlation: I am spitting in the face of Alaskan voters and quitting fifteen months before my term ends to make massive pile of cash. And who is taking over in the name of freedom and democracy? Former oil and gas lobbyist, Lieutenant Governor Sean Parnell! In the words of John Stewart:
So that’s the difference between a pitbull and a hockey mom: pitbulls don’t quit and then try and pretend their quitting’s not quitting!

Gingrich has character flaws? Cain does? What pathetic hypocrisy from the liberals. Bill Clinton ring a bell? Not only does he really harass women, he raped at least once. Yet Katie Couric doesn't care.

I guess the media takes it easier on you when you go from public service job to public service job and for a time forego the big bucks in the private sector. Also in going to the Presidency his wife gave up her high paying job.

Also if you google - Barack Obama, Quitter - little comes up as opposed to googling Sarah Palin, Quitter.

This thing has just begun but, I shudder to think that Newt has a chance to win anything.
Most of the republicans who are now jumping on the Newt bandwagon (after jumping on the Bachman, then Perry, then Cain bandwagons before this) are not yet aware of his many flaws. They think he's just an adulterer, a liar, and a crook, which they're willing to accept. But what they don't yet know is that he's not really even a conservative, except when he's blowing smoke up your you-know-what while he's trying to get himself elected. And when that's made clear, the conservative base is not going to vote for him, and the GOP knows it. And independent voters won't vote for him either, because he's an adulterer, a liar, and a crook. Running Gingrich against Obama will cost the GOP the election. So it's going to have to be Romney.

The question is, do you hate Obama enough, yet, to vote for Romney? And that's going to be the GOP's campaign platform. Sad as that is to say.

But then the democrats will be doing pretty much the same thing.

Could it be that Gingrich, Cain AND Clinton have (similar) character flaws?

What is the point of bringing Clinton up, is he running for the GOP nomination?

I work in the legal dept of a public utility company and a co-worker (a lifer there) had a complimentary 8" by 11" picture of Palin hanging up in his cubicle for over a year with no negative consequences.

So, the fear of negative consequences coming my way is not a worry of mine.
