Nonsense. You haven't proven that I've interpreted any verse out of context.

Do you believe all children in the womb have God's Spirit within them? Yes or no.
(Let's see how many times I will have to ask you that before I get a straight answer.)
No. Read John 3.
Plus, I thought you said God's Spirit was our breath? Do the unborn breathe (air)?

You said children are the heritage of the Lord, and are not the children of the devil like some adults are. Who said children/the unborn are of the devil?

Do you have a demon? I haven't rejected the verse, only said I showed that you can't explain what it means. You got as far as claiming "calling on his name" means having Jesus "with you" somehow, but you are incapable of explaining what that means, how Jesus is allegedly "with you" as opposed to you being unsaved "without him."

You wrote the title to the thread, not me. Obviously you had something in mind when you posted about a "promise." I'm asking you to explain what that promise is. That you don't know it is the promise that saves shows me you don't know what the promise is that we receive.

What does what you are trying to say have to do with the OP? I don't understand what the relationship is, nor even apart from the OP what you might be attempting to say here.

Where? Where did I use the words having Jesus "with you"?

You are setting the word "without" against the word "with" when the words are used in two different contexts. But you are unable to differentiate.

Yes, the prophecy Peter was mentioning. It was a promise, and its time has already come (we don't need to look for it "in the future").
Quote:

A promise doesn't save. God saves. And He gave us a promise of salvation.
Quote:

God saves us by His Spirit.
Quote:

God made a promise to Abraham, and the gospel is that we receive that promise.
The gospel is not that we receive that promise, but the basis upon which we are saved. We are not saved by believing promises. We are saved by God, and/or we believe His promise.
Quote:
What was that promise?
There was a promise that all the nations of the world would be blessed in Abraham's seed. Is that the promise you refer to?
Quote:
Does that indwelling save them? Yes or no.
A person is saved WHEN they are (become) indwelt by the Holy Spirit. God saves a person, and gives them His Holy Spirit.

No, my position does not. You have to explain how an unbeliever is a child of God and yet a child cannot be an unbeliever. We have all been created by God, and are therefore His children. But to be a child of God in terms of ownership, means that you have been purchased from your wretched state for God, and given new life by Him.

Many get called to be saved, then take upon themselves the demons of the fallen church before they give their life to God in return.

Great verses. What's the interpretation, in your words.
