The problem with you so-called "pro lifers" sd, is that you think you can pass a couple of laws and make abortion just go away.

Abortion is a mindset more than anything. Santorum knows that, which is the reason he's constantly talking about contraception.
Change our society's heart, and along with Godly laws, abortion can once again be brought under control.

He's talking about contraception because Obama keeps fueling the fire in the contraception controversy. Obama knows that most people agree with him (Ex 23:2) which is why he is pushing the "war on women" mantra. Santorum cannot support his position based on scripture. Oopsie. Not the same issue. There have always been murders and there always will be as long as men sin. Passing laws and changing hearts will control abortion, but as long as our society pushes sexual promiscuity (which Santorum addresses frequently), you're foolish to think that a law passed in one or two states will make a difference.

A single issue platform is not a "strategy". I'll take a good man with a few flaws over someone who isn't electable. In today's current culture, even Rick Santorum, who is a good man, isn't electable.

Are there any good men? I thought only God is GOOD.

I supported Rick until the end of the vote and very disappointed that the best man isn't winning. Too bad that all the liberals are salivating that Ron Paul and Newt won't get out of the race.

Moderate Romney hasn't a leg to stand on to give American's a choice for CHANGE from the big government take-over of the lives of our people.

Pro-life issues - put on the back burner under yet another president.

I still say it is not the fault of those elected, but the fault of the voters who put them in charge. IF and when God decides judgment time has come for our nation ... then the people ... not just the kings ... will be held accountable.

I think Chrys is right. Most republicans don't like or trust Romney. But they'll line up and vote as they are told in November.

And that might get Romney elected.

At least Obama knows who he is, and what he believes. What does Romney believe other than he wants to be president?

I believe that Republicans want the big government Obama out. It is not a matter of everyone being told to do this... Most Republicans just agree on this. Agreement is what causes people to band together - you know!

I agree with you. Ours is a culture of death (Pr 8:36). We are salt and light (Mt 5:13-16). Although we cannot stop the decay and final destruction (Ps. 119:11), we can get the word out (Isa 55:11, Jer. 23:28) in the hopes of God saving a few more souls (1 Pet. 1:23).
